1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Breadcrumbs you agree to these terms. If you're using it on behalf of an organization, you represent that you're authorized to bind it.
2. Your account
You're responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us of any unauthorized use.
3. Your data
You own the inventory, asset, and manifest data you put into Breadcrumbs. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and sync it solely to provide the service.
4. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no unlawful activity, reverse engineering, interfering with operation, or accessing data you're not authorized to.
5. Offline & sync disclaimer
Breadcrumbs works offline and syncs when connectivity returns. We are not responsible for data loss arising from device failure before a sync completes; keep backups of mission-critical records.
6. Intellectual property
The Breadcrumbs app, brand, and software are owned by Trace3C, LLC. These terms grant you a limited, revocable license to use the app — not its underlying code or marks.
7. No warranty & liability
The app is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trace3C is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost or unrecoverable data.
8. Termination
You may stop using Breadcrumbs at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms.
